About the library

Bir Raghab Moran Government Model College Central Library (BRMGMC Central Library) established in the year 2020. The central library stocked with a total collection of more than 250 books along with some reference collection which is going to be continuously increasing and updated with the introduction of new semester. In upcoming days, the college library is going to subscribed professional and research-oriented journals and also some general magazines. The College Library is administered by the Library Committee. The Librarian holds the position of Member Secretary while the teachers-in-charge of all the Departments of the College are the members of the Library Committee. The college Library acquires books and reading resources on the recommendations of the Teachers-in-charge of the various departments of the College.
The newly established library is trying to equip to meet essential academic and intellectual needs of its users within its own limitations. Due to temporary infrastructure of college premises at present the college library is less spacious, spread within two rooms only. Moreover, due to unavailability of other library staff at present the college librarian has single handily put his all efforts for the various services provided by the library.
